Receivership Program

• Establishing and maintaining a receiver/contractor relationship with the city of chicago.
• Providing the ability to assemble the people and resources needed to assume construction management and service of bank owned and privately owned properties in disrepair, or in dangerous conditions.
• Meeting with the building owners after building code violations have been identified.
• Preparing a plan of execution to both bring the building to code as well as mandatory court appearances in Cook County Building Court.
• We create a safer environment for both the community and tenants by making the necessary repairs and maintaining the property once completed.
